Senior Payroll Processor to join our Work Team. Main Responsibilities Execute end-to-end comprehensive payroll processing for both unionized and non-unionized personnel. Manage social security contributions (Form F.931) and union obligations, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance. Monitor Fourth Category Income Tax (SIRADIG, projections, and withholdings). Prepare labor cost reports, accruals, and variance analyses for Management. Generate accounting entries and banking interfaces, coordinating with Accounting and Finance. Participate in monthly payroll closings and internal and external audit processes. Requirements National Public Accountant (mandatory). Minimum 5 years of end-to-end comprehensive payroll processing experience in large companies. Proficiency in Fourth Category Income Tax and Argentine labor regulations. Experience in post-payroll processes (Form F.931, accruals, accounting entries). Advanced Excel skills and ERP system proficiency (Visma, HRPRO).
