We are currently seeking professionals interested in being part of a major project with an important business partner.**Patient Support Program (PSP) Coordinator** ---------------------------------------------------------- Responsibilities:* Actively engage with various program *stakeholders* (patients, healthcare institutions, internal and external teams). * Execute and ensure compliance with mandatory program processes, guaranteeing proper service delivery. * Ensure adherence to program **management indicators (KPIs)**. * Coordinate and monitor training sessions for program participants. * Manage and ensure compliance with **pharmacovigilance and quality** guidelines. * Operate and administer the **CRM** platform. * Conduct patient analysis, evaluation, and segmentation to support access to medication. * Possess solid knowledge and handling of documentation required for **high-cost medication**. * Develop and implement **action plans** aimed at optimizing medication access processes. ### **Requirements** * Graduate in **Social Work, Nursing, and/or other health-related disciplines**, with experience in **Patient Support Programs** and strong knowledge of the **Argentine healthcare system**, especially regarding access processes for high-cost medication. * Excellent communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with diverse profiles. * CRM experience preferred. * Proven experience in **Patient Support Programs**, including **leadership or coordination of work teams** (mandatory requirement). * In-depth knowledge of the **Argentine healthcare system**, including social security institutions (obras sociales), private health insurers (prepagas), PAMI, and access processes for high-cost treatments. \#LI\-CES IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
