Main Responsibilities: Design, planning, and neighbor configuration in 3G (UMTS) and 4G (LTE) networks. End-to-end mobility configuration (intra-frequency, inter-frequency, and inter-RAT). Execution of site shutdowns and node decommissioning. Mobility impact analysis and neighbor cleanup. Troubleshooting of: Call drops Handover failures Accessibility and retainability issues UMTS and LTE performance KPIs Requirements: +3 years of experience in RAN engineering. Strong experience in UMTS and LTE optimization and performance. Knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G network principles. Good communication and client coordination skills.
