Job Summary: We are seeking a Java Developer to build high-performance and scalable enterprise applications, contributing across the entire development lifecycle with a focus on design and continuous improvement. As our Java Developer, you will build high-performance and scalable enterprise applications. What will you do? o Contribute across all phases of the development lifecycle. o Design, develop, and deliver high-volume, low-latency applications for critical systems. o Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code. o Ensure designs meet specifications. o Support continuous improvement by researching alternatives and technologies, and presenting them for architectural review. What skills do you need? o Proven hands-on experience in software development. o Demonstrated professional experience in Java development. o Practical experience in designing and developing applications using Java platforms. o Object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns. o In-depth knowledge of Java. o Experience working on/designing microservices. o Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate); NoSQL knowledge is a plus. o Experience with Spring Framework. o Experience with test-driven development. o AWS knowledge is a plus. o Proficiency with version control tools such as Git. o Ability to work independently. o Ability to work collaboratively in a team. Candidates must meet the following requirements: - Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience. - Technical Skills: Experience in distributed systems, scalable AWS solutions, and design, implementation, and maintenance of high-performance (high-performance and high-transactions), reliable (reliability), and real-time processing systems. - Artificial Intelligence: Use of AI tools in daily workflow. - Quality: Focus on high-quality deliverables (high-quality). - Technology: Proficiency in the specific technology required in their most recent roles. - Academic Background: Graduates from Technical, Engineering, or Bachelor’s degree programs. - Location: Residents of Argentina, Uruguay, or Chile. - English Level: Solid B2 or C1+ Advanced English Work Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. local time. 100% Remote.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Tertiary 7 years of experience Languages: English Keywords: developer, programmer, home, remote, remote, telework, home
