Job Summary: We are seeking a Python AI / ML Engineer with experience in ML Engineering, NLP, and data processing to develop and implement Machine Learning solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Development of Python-based solutions for data processing and analysis. 2. Design and implementation of Machine Learning and NLP models. 3. Work on document processing and data extraction. At ADN – Human Resources, we are looking for a Python AI / ML Engineer / 100% remote position for an important company. Requirements: - 2 to 6 years of experience in ML Engineering, NLP, or data processing. - Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields. - Strong hands-on experience with Python. - Proficiency in Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn. - Experience with NLP libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, or Transformers. - Knowledge of fuzzy matching and record linkage algorithms. - Experience in document processing and data extraction. - Familiarity with deploying ML models via REST APIs and Docker. - Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning techniques. - Proficiency in data pipelines and ETL processes. - Experience with Azure ML and Azure Cognitive Services will be valued. - Knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch will be considered a plus. - Experience working with LLMs and generative AI tools. Responsibilities: - Develop Python-based solutions for data processing and analysis. - Design and implement Machine Learning and NLP models. - Perform document processing: OCR, PDF parsing, and data extraction. - Build data pipelines and ETL processes. - Implement and deploy models using APIs, Docker, and cloud services. - Integrate solutions based on LLMs and generative AI tools. - Optimize models and processes to improve accuracy and performance. - Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders on automation and data analytics projects. Work Location: CABA Parque Patricios – Argentina (hybrid mode). Residence Requirement: Areas near the workplace. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
