At Ceta Capital Humano, we are searching for a Process Engineer for a major multinational optical industry company located in Chacarita, CABA. Position Objective: Ensure that production processes operate within Process Control Plans (PCPs), guaranteeing performance, cost, quality, and service standards. Additionally, lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and stability. We seek a technically proficient candidate with strong process orientation, who takes ownership of operations, understands critical variables (e.g., calibrations, viscosity), and positions themselves as a reference within the team. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the existence, monitoring, and compliance of PCPs, identifying deviations and managing their resolution Validate processes and products, ensuring their stability and alignment with defined standards Lead continuous improvement projects, identifying opportunities based on production indicators, process capability, and customer complaints Propose, implement, and update improvements, including optimization of PCPs Analyze and optimize critical process variables (e.g., calibrations, viscosity) Participate in resolving operational issues and customer complaints, applying root cause analysis methodologies Serve as a technical reference, providing support for process adjustments (DIP/AR) and training the operations team Ensure correct execution of processes at the plant, promoting good practices and continuous improvement Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (mandatory) Requirements: Experience in similar roles within manufacturing industries (manufacturing, chemical, food, or pharmaceutical) Experience in process improvement and root cause analysis Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and TPM Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mandatory) Intermediate English (mandatory) Competencies We Value: Analytical profile and results orientation Problem-solving ability Proactivity and autonomy Strong communication skills Teamwork Leadership and training capability Conditions: 100% on-site work mode Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (with flexible hours) Location: Federal Capital Position covered under collective bargaining agreement Benefits: Health insurance (Swiss Medical) Productivity bonus Birthday day off One personal day per quarter for errands Complimentary eyewear If you are interested in joining a multinational company in the optical industry, apply now!. -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree years of experience Keywords: engineers, ingeniera, ing, engineer
