Position Objective: As a Material Handler I, you will be responsible for performing receiving, storage, preparation, packaging, shipping, and distribution tasks for medicines and clinical supplies, adhering to Good Manufacturing, Storage, and Distribution Practices, local and international regulations, company policies, and project-specific instructions and procedures. All these logistical operations must be carried out using the software/administrative tools specified by the company and/or client. WHAT CHALLENGES AWAIT YOU? Perform receiving and storage processes for received materials. Receive and verify the accuracy of incoming materials. Participate in the daily distribution of tasks related to receiving, storage, preparation, and packaging of clinical supply shipments. Prepare and dispatch requested materials and/or products to research centers. Verify and maintain the warehouse in proper condition, as well as stored items; report any errors, quality deviations, or situations that could jeopardize product integrity to Operations Managers. Store materials in designated locations, ensuring they are properly labeled and organized for easy access. Conduct regular inventories to ensure record accuracy and availability of required materials. Carry out all activities efficiently and safely. Prepare and dispatch materials for destruction processes. Condition and recondition reusable containers. Prepare and condition components under refrigerated, frozen, and ultra-frozen conditions. WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE? Completed secondary education with an ANALYTICAL transcript (Mandatory) At least 1 year of experience in similar warehouse tasks and pharmaceutical logistics (Mandatory) Knowledge of Good Storage and Distribution Practices. Basic knowledge of Outlook and Office software packages (Mandatory) Basic English (Mandatory) Experience operating hydraulic pallet trucks, electric stackers, and walkie stackers.
