We seek a professional with solid experience in high-volume production establishments (more than 200 covers), capable of leading work teams, organizing daily operations, and ensuring the quality of offered dishes. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the kitchen team. Plan daily and weekly production. Ensure dish quality, presentation, and delivery times. Manage inventory and supplies; liaise with suppliers. Implement good hygiene and food safety practices. Collaborate with management to improve processes and costs. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as Head Chef in high-volume production establishments (mandatory). Reside in the Northern Zone or CABA (mandatory). Culinary education (preferred).
