Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Technician with experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, providing support both within the company and for clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical incident resolution for hardware and software 2. Proficiency in remote desktop tools 3. Excellent professional presence and customer interaction An IT Technician with expertise in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. Support tasks will be performed both on-site at our company and at our clients’ locations (including CABA and Greater Buenos Aires). » Resolution of hardware technical incidents, including desktop computers, laptops, printers, and active and passive network components » Resolution of software technical incidents, including Microsoft Windows operating system, office productivity suite, and antivirus software » Proficiency in remote desktop tools (RDP, TeamViewer, VNC, AnyDesk, etc.) » Repair and maintenance of inkjet and laser printers » Execution of data and electrical cabling » Component repair in the company’s laboratory Interpersonal Skills » Excellent professional presence and customer interaction » Service-oriented attitude » Proactivity » Problem-solving ability Technical Skills Mandatory Requirements » Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems » PC component assembly and repair » LAN network configuration » Minimum 1 (one) year of verifiable experience in similar positions » Valid driver’s license with minimum 1 year of validity Desired Requirements » Experience in data and electrical cabling » Printer repair (inkjet and laser) » Certifications such as Microsoft (MCITP, MCTS, MCSA), Cisco (CCNA), or equivalent » Residence within C.A.B.A. Work Location: Balvanera CABA – Province of Buenos Aires – Argentina. Residence Location: Areas near the workplace.
