Job Summary: We are seeking an Information Systems student with a customer-oriented profile to provide ERP technical support in an innovative, high-performance technology environment. Customer/user support, problem diagnosis and resolution. A leading technology company located in Olivos, Buenos Aires, is hiring IT Support staff to join its team on-site and full-time. This search targets Information Systems or related-field students, with a customer/user service orientation, SQL knowledge, and experience or familiarity with ERP systems technical support. The company develops and operates high-performance ERP technological solutions, including mass ticket sales platforms and club management systems, within an innovative environment with high transaction volume. Main Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for ERP systems. - Address user-reported inquiries and incidents. - Understand and analyze reported issues. - Efficiently diagnose and resolve incidents. - Use SQL as a query and support tool. - Deliver clear, proactive, and results-oriented support. Requirements: - Currently enrolled in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. - Knowledge and experience with SQL. - Experience or familiarity with ERP systems technical support. - Strong customer/user service orientation. - Analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of administrative and accounting workflows is a plus. Conditions: Work Location: Olivos, Buenos Aires. Work Mode: On-site. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00.
