Experience working with SLAs and internal clients. Strong service orientation and leadership skills. What will be your mission? Ensure compliance with support SLAs by coordinating the technical team, prioritizing tickets based on criticality and complexity, and acting as the technical point of contact for critical incidents. Main Responsibilities Coordinate and assign support tickets according to priority. Ensure compliance with defined SLAs. Manage and liaise with external vendors (printers, cabling, telephony, etc.). Document and standardize internal processes and procedures. Resolve high-complexity critical incidents. Train and evaluate the support team. Requirements Experience in PC support. Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11 (mandatory). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (mandatory). Experience in people and vendor management (mandatory). Knowledge of ITIL, Active Directory, Azure AD, Networking, and Telecommunications (desirable).
