For a prestigious building located in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA), we are seeking a Superintendent with solid experience in coordinating work teams, operational management, and building maintenance, guaranteeing compliance with quality and efficiency standards. Work Location: CABA Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs. Employment Type: IN-PERSON Contract Type: PERMANENT. Main responsibilities include: Supervising in-house and outsourced maintenance staff (cleaning and security personnel), ensuring adherence to routines, quality standards, and performance. Supervising the execution of preventive and corrective tasks to achieve building maintenance and improvements. Security: Supervising the security system’s operation—including patrols, protocols, access logs, event security, and coordination with third-party security providers. Coordinating and supervising external suppliers and contractors. Managing all operational matters related to complaint resolution, building emergencies, and critical situations. Maintaining effective communication with Building Management, Owners’ Board, residents and/or building users. Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in superintendent, supervisory, or operational leadership roles (mandatory). Proven experience in building maintenance and operations management in buildings. Technical knowledge in electricity, electromechanics, fire alarm systems, and networks. Ability to coordinate internal teams and external providers (mandatory). Strong communication skills, problem-solving orientation, and ability to handle critical situations. Proficiency in basic IT tools (Microsoft Office, reporting, work orders).
