Support onboarding and talent attraction campaigns Commercial HR Assistant – Real Estate Experience (Palermo) · We seek to hire an HR Assistant with a strong commercial orientation and excellent interpersonal skills to support attraction and selection processes for independent real estate agents. · Requirements Advanced student or graduate in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related fields. Full-time availability. Residence in CABA Palermo or nearby areas. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactivity, empathy, and service orientation. Genuine interest in people and their professional development. Experience or knowledge in the real estate sector is valued. Key Responsibilities Participate in the recruitment and selection of real estate agents. (EXPERIENCE IN THIS SECTOR IS VALUED) Contribute to onboarding and initial support for new agents.
