Position Summary: We are seeking Electrical or Electronic Engineers to manage maintenance of the production plant, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive, corrective, and predictive electrical maintenance management 2. Work team coordination 3. Participation in continuous improvement projects For an important company located in San Nicolás, we will select Electrical or Electronic Engineers to assume responsibility for managing maintenance of the production plant. Your mission will be to safely and efficiently plan preventive, corrective, and predictive electrical maintenance tasks for the plant, ensuring maximum equipment availability while strictly adhering to safety procedures and quality standards. Your main responsibilities will include: - Coordinating work teams for plant maintenance. - Developing maintenance plans. - Monitoring KPIs and costs. - Managing and administering departmental budgets, services, and contracts. - Participating in development and/or continuous improvement projects.
