Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Engineer to build and evolve a data platform enabling AI models within a rapidly growing tech startup, with a key role in pipeline design. Key Highlights: 1. We are hiring a Data Engineer for a rapidly expanding tech startup focused on developing digital products powered by artificial intelligence. Work modality: Hybrid (1 day onsite in CABA) What challenges await you? You will contribute to building and evolving the data platform that powers AI models applied to agriculture. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and reliable pipelines that feed real-time products and decisions. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain data pipelines (batch, incremental, and near real-time). Develop and evolve lakehouse-style architectures and feature stores. Ensure end-to-end data quality, availability, and reliability. Implement data testing, versioning, and observability practices. Optimize performance and costs in cloud environments. Collaborate with product and data science teams to enable AI use cases. Requirements: Experience using Python for production pipeline development. Advanced SQL and analytical modeling (time series, aggregations, dimensions). Experience with cloud data warehousing (BigQuery preferred). Knowledge of batch and incremental pipeline design. Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt, Dataform, or similar). Handling large-scale data volumes (TB+). Knowledge of pipeline testing and data quality. Experience with data observability. Preferred Qualifications: Geospatial processing knowledge (H3, S2, raster/vector). Experience with satellite data. Feature stores (online/offline). Streaming or near real-time pipelines.
