What will your responsibilities be? * Responsible for proactive monitoring, alarm validation, event correlation, and early detection of service degradation across infrastructure and network components. Event Monitoring and Management * Monitor dashboards and correlate alerts. * Validate alarms and ensure escalation based on SLA. Preventive Monitoring and Optimization * Review thresholds and reduce false positives. * Support predictive monitoring initiatives. What do we need from you? * University degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent. * Experience in NOC or monitoring environments. * Understanding of infrastructure and networking fundamentals. Tools and Technologies * Monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace, LogicMonitor, or similar). * SNMP / NetFlow / sFlow concepts. * Server monitoring (Windows / Linux). * Basic cloud monitoring (Azure / AWS dashboards). * Log analysis tools (Elastic, Splunk preferred).
