Collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams **Title:** Java Developer (Hybrid) **Company:** International payment processor **Location:** Hybrid model (2 days in office / 3 days remote) **About the Position** We are looking for a **Java Developer** with at least 5 years of verifiable professional experience in companies, to join an international company in the **payment processing** sector. This position targets solid backend profiles with experience in robust, scalable, and highly available systems. **Responsibilities** * Backend application development and maintenance in Java * Design and implementation of services and APIs * Participation in the architecture of scalable solutions * Integration with internal and external systems * Performance optimization and concurrency handling * Collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams (frontend, QA, product) **Requirements** * \+5 years of verifiable professional experience as a Java Developer (in companies) * Proficiency in Java and the backend ecosystem * Experience in REST API development * Knowledge of frameworks such as Spring / Spring Boot * Experience with relational databases * Version control proficiency (Git) * Fluent Spanish * English **desirable** (technical reading) **Desirable** * Experience in fintech or payment processing * Knowledge of microservices * Experience with distributed architectures * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) **Work Model** * Hybrid: 2 days in office \+ 3 days remote Salary: $3\.500\.000,00 \- $4\.500\.000,00 per month Application Question(s): * Describe the most relevant projects you have worked on as a Java Developer in a professional environment.
