We are looking for a SysAdmin with experience in virtual environments, passion for technology, and eagerness to grow alongside an expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our virtual infrastructure, ensuring—through complex testing—that everything operates securely, stably, and efficiently. Your key responsibilities: Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. Manage cloud platforms (OCI, Azure, AWS, GCP, Ionos), ensuring high performance and resource optimization. Manage on-premise environments with Hyper-V, VMware, and/or Proxmox. Develop and automate CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery. Ensure product stability and performance through advanced testing and automation practices (Unit Tests, Pipeline Tests, Smoke Tests, Load & Performance Tests). Collaborate with development teams to optimize workflows and software quality. Implement security measures and regulatory compliance across the entire infrastructure. Requirements: About You: +5 years of experience in virtual environment administration or similar roles. Advanced knowledge of virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware). DevOps experience: pipelines, CI/CD, and scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash). Solid experience with Terraform. Proficiency in cloud platforms (preferably OCI and Azure). Advanced networking and firewall configuration knowledge. Certifications in Azure, AWS, or OCI (desirable). Experience in performance testing (desirable). Benefits — Why Join Cybele?
