We are looking for a SOC Operator responsible for monitoring security alerts, detecting and responding to cybersecurity incidents. This role is the first line of defense and works on rotational shifts to ensure continuous protection of the technological infrastructure. **Main Responsibilities:** Continuously monitor alerts generated by security tools (SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS). Perform initial triage of events to determine legitimacy, priority, and impact. Distinguish between false positives and real threats. Respond to low-to-medium complexity incidents following playbooks. Conduct initial investigations to gather incident-related information. Document incidents and escalate complex cases to senior analysts. Communicate findings and incident status to other teams. Contribute to improving procedures and detection rules. Graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related fields (desirable) or student. Certifications such as CompTIA Security\+, CySA\+ or SOC Analyst (desirable). Availability to work rotational shifts. **Technical knowledge in:** Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Operating systems (Windows, Linux). Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, Wazuh, QRadar or similar). Familiarity with security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR).
