We are seeking a **Senior Project Analyst** to join the **Operations Management** team within the **Security Business Unit**. **Main objective of the position:** Ensure the proper development and execution of area projects by actively participating from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, to closure. We are looking for a candidate with a comprehensive vision and the ability to intervene transversally across different business processes, providing methodological support to Purchasing, Projects, and Operations teams. **Your main challenges will be:** * Identify requirements for works and projects. * Interact with various internal departments and clients to find technical and operational solutions. * Develop deliverables, define resources, and estimate execution timelines. * Collaborate in the planning, monitoring, and control of projects. * Identify risks and implement preventive actions. * Ensure communication and coordination with all involved stakeholders. .**Requirements:** * Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in project management. * Knowledge of industrial electronic security projects (CCTV, access control, alarms, fire detection) — *not mandatory*. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel**, **Project**, **Office suite**, **management tools**, and **CAD systems** (*mandatory*). * Knowledge of **cost analysis**, budget management, interpretation of technical specifications, and civil, electrical, and electronic security blueprints. * Experience with **agile methodologies**. * Valid driver's license (*mandatory*) and availability for occasional travel. **Employment modality:** Hybrid model (4x1), Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.
