We’re looking for a Procurement professional with strong analytical insight and an efficiency-driven mindset to manage strategic and operational procurement processes—ensuring compliance with internal policies and continuous optimization of resources. This role requires a holistic view of the business, negotiation capability, data management skills, and commitment to innovation across sourcing processes. **Key Challenges You’ll Tackle:** * End-to-end management of goods and services procurement processes—ensuring compliance, traceability, and efficiency. * Analyze internal departmental needs and transform them into effective, sustainable sourcing solutions. * Participate in quotation, evaluation, and negotiation processes with local and regional/ABM suppliers. * Generate, review, and track purchase orders (POs) and contracts. * Monitor performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. * Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure proper execution of agreements. * Contribute to developing, evaluating, and strengthening the supplier network. * Identify opportunities for efficiency gains, automation, and digitalization within procurement processes. **What Will Make You Successful:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, International Trade, or related fields. * Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing (minimum 3 years). * Familiarity with ERP platforms (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or similar). * Strong negotiation, data analysis, and results-oriented problem-solving skills. * Excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication, and collaborative work ethic. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. * Experience or knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to procurement processes, task automation, and continuous improvement projects is highly valued. **We have offices available in** *Buenos Aires City, Córdoba, Mar del Plata, Rosario, Salta, and Mendoza***!
