We are looking for a Payments Optimization Specialist to join our team in Montevideo\-Uruguay or Buenos Aires\-Argentina. * Manage end-to-end payment methods (operation and performance) * Create, manage and maintain payment routes, ensuring operational continuity * Monitor core Payments KPIs to identify variations requiring immediate action, communication/escalation, and engagement with internal teams and/or vendors. * Analyze and provide insights regarding potential improvements in payment acceptance models across Fintech (KPIs and OKRs). * Support working groups with payment ecosystem stakeholders, constantly seeking improvement opportunities. * Provide accurate metrics to support decision-making by the Payments Optimization team in each market and vertical. * Manage payment-related alerts in coordination with stakeholders/vendors. **Qualifications** * Graduates or students in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or International Relations. * At least 3 years of professional experience in payment methods, preferably in card payments * Technical profile with experience in managing payment product operations * Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL * Fluent English **Additional Information** * Create value for a large business ecosystem. * Teamwork always: Think solutions and build collaboratively, with positive energy. * Move at the speed of your ideas and take initiative. * Learn, grow and reinvent yourself: Allow yourself to make mistakes, learn by doing, iterate and adapt to change. * Generate positive impact on people and the planet. * Work differently, in \#ModoPeYa: it doesn't matter when or where you work from; what matters is the agility in your decision-making, flexibility to adapt, and results achieved as a team.
