Job Summary: Synchro Technologies S.A. is seeking a WINDOWS SYSADMIN JR. to join the team of an energy distribution company, with responsibilities including installation, configuration, administration, and monitoring of Microsoft and VMware servers and environments. Implementation and monitoring of security policies and system updates Synchro Technologies S.A., a technology infrastructure services provider, is seeking a WINDOWS SYSADMIN JR. to join the team of a major energy distribution company. Main responsibilities include: Installation, configuration, and administration of virtual and physical servers. Resolution of Level 2 and Level 3 incidents. Microsoft systems/environment administration: Windows Server 2012/2016 and all associated roles (ADFS, Print Server, RDS, IIS, etc.). VMware virtualized environment administration: vSphere 6.5 or higher, vSAN, vSR, and vRealize. Proactive monitoring of physical and virtual servers. Active Directory administration, including user management, permissions, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and organizational structure. Implementation and monitoring of security policies, system updates, and patches. Requirements: We seek a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of infrastructure, HP and Dell hardware, and storage systems (VNX, Unity, VxRail) — including CMC, iDRAC, iLO, SRS, and DPA — is desirable.
