Job Summary: We are seeking an SQL Developer for a key role involving direct interaction with strategic customers and active participation in the evolution of our financial crime prevention tool. End-to-end management of support tickets and resolution of complex cases At Systech, we are a technology and IT management consulting firm focused on financial crime prevention and detection, and high-impact solutions for the financial sector. We are looking for an SQL Developer who wishes to assume a key role within the team, with direct interaction with strategic customers and active participation in the evolution of our tool. What will be your challenge? - Manage support tickets end-to-end, ensuring quality and response times. - Resolve Level I and Level II complex cases, and coordinate escalations with development teams (Level III). - Interact directly with financial sector clients, building trust and delivering value. - Analyze logs, identify root causes, and propose solutions. - Document technical knowledge and best practices. - Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, tools, and product. Requirements: - Experience in incident resolution and user support. - Advanced SQL skills, especially in queries and Entity Data Models. - Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and operating systems. - Knowledge of workflow automation tools. - Basic programming knowledge, preferably Java and/or PHP. - Advanced technical English. Preferred Qualifications: - Practical experience with SQL Server and Oracle database languages. - Knowledge of Java application web servers such as Tomcat and WildFly. - Ability to interpret application logs, especially in JAVA environments. - Knowledge of finance.
