Technical reference and key communicator with stakeholders Job Description: We are looking for an SAP Technical Leader with experience in development, customization, transport orders, and SAP best practices, with at least 4 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations. The professional will be responsible for providing technical guidance to the team, participating in architectural decisions, and ensuring the correct implementation of technological solutions within the SAP ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Guide the team on complex and specific technical aspects, participating in architectural, technology, and development/configuration best practice decisions. Collaborate with Platform Towers, Discipline Teams, and operational support areas to resolve complex technical issues associated with products. Serve as the product’s technical reference and be responsible for technical communication with stakeholders and other teams. Participate in effort estimations and sprint planning together with Product Owners and the working team. Ensure proper transfer of technical knowledge, standards, and best practices to the team. Collaborate in the continuous delivery of high-quality solutions. Participate in technical feasibility assessments and proposals for process and application solution improvements. Collaborate in defining and estimating product evolutions according to business needs. Mandatory Skills: Experience in SAP Development Knowledge of SAP Customizing Proficiency in Transport Orders Knowledge of SAP Best Practices Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations Desirable Skills: Experience leading technical teams Knowledge of SAP architectures Experience working with agile methodologies Work Modality: Remote.
