A Fullstack Developer with a strong Backend background to join an agile, collaborative technical team with significant direct impact on the business. We seek an autonomous individual who thrives in dynamic environments and wishes to have a voice in the technical decisions for our products. The Challenge As part of a core team of three people, you will have the opportunity to: Lead the development and maintenance of robust applications. Actively participate in architecture definitions and evolutionary improvements. Optimize database interactions and overall system performance. Work side-by-side with business stakeholders, contributing technical insights to solve real-world problems. What We’re Looking For? (Technical Requirements) Solid PHP experience (Mandatory). Advanced proficiency in Laravel (or other modern MVC frameworks). Experience in Linux environments (command-line usage, deployments, etc.). Databases: Strong knowledge of MySQL/MariaDB, schema design, and query optimization. Fullstack profile: Ability to work on the frontend (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript). Autonomy: Capability to solve complex problems with minimal supervision. Desirable (Plus): Knowledge of Docker / Containers. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Advanced student or graduate in Computer Science (or equivalent training). Candidate Profile Proactivity and results orientation. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on code quality. Adaptability to startup culture (non-corporate environments). Work Mode and Culture Hybrid Model: 2 days onsite at Parque Patricios (Technology District) / 3 days remote.
