Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our architecture team, designing and implementing CI/CD processes, automating tasks, and improving system efficiency and quality. Automate tasks and processes to enhance system efficiency and quality. Primary Job Objective A highly skilled DevOps professional to join our architecture team. You will work closely with our system architects and software developers to design and implement continuous integration and deployment processes, automate tasks, and improve the efficiency and quality of our systems. 5+ years of Senior-level experience • Prior experience in a DevOps or similar role within an on-premise environment. • Experience with cloud environments (GCP) (mandatory). • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, Rancher (mandatory). • Scripting knowledge in Shell, Perl, Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript, with emphasis on automation. • Familiarity with DevOps principles and DevOps culture. • Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD. • Knowledge of API-GATEWAY. • Experience with Linux operating systems and system administration. Windows system administration experience is a plus. • Understanding of network topology and troubleshooting techniques for deployments (a plus if experienced in on-premise environments). • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and security teams. • Familiarity with tools such as Terraform (or IaC tools in general), Ansible, Grafana / Prometheus, YAML handling (Helm, Kustomize), monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix), and code analysis tools like SonarQube or similar. Experience with ELK stack, RabbitMQ, and Redis is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, including incident response capability. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities • Work closely as part of the architecture team to understand and address their needs, helping design systems that are secure, scalable, and maintainable. • Implement, maintain, and improve Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) processes to ensure efficient, high-quality software delivery. • Automate tasks and processes to enhance system efficiency and quality. Collaborate with architects and developers to identify and resolve issues in code and infrastructure. • Ensure availability, performance, and scalability of applications, services, and platforms. • Implement and manage workflows for continuous monitoring and continuous measurement to help monitor infrastructure, platforms, services, and existing processes. Configure, monitor, and maintain messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or other message brokers, ensuring proper integration with the rest of the infrastructure. • Configure, monitor, and maintain Elasticsearch or other search and data analytics technologies, ensuring proper integration with the rest of the infrastructure and optimal performance. Work closely with IT and security teams to manage and mitigate risks, address compliance issues, and meet audit requirements.
