Work Location: Remote Work Mode: 100% On-site Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM — Saturdays, 5 hours What Will Be Your Responsibilities? In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Estimate time required to complete tasks, as needed. - Collaborate with various departments involved in projects to help define scope when required. - Ensure communication with all project stakeholders and provide visibility and progress updates according to project stage. - Ensure successful implementation of products or services according to the agreed scope. - Engage stakeholders—i.e., users or clients—as needed, negotiating commitments with them or other groups whenever necessary. - Ensure compliance with defined project management processes, guaranteeing their quality. - Monitor implementation aspects that may impact scope, timelines, and quality—including risks and change management. - Track each phase and milestone of the assigned project. - Identify deviations and communicate them to the project leader to mitigate errors and align expectations. - Prepare project progress reports, proposing alternative solutions to management. - Ensure implementation of products or services according to the agreed scope to achieve customer satisfaction. - Plan and manage training programs. · What Do We Require? You must have: · Experience in functional analysis and/or project management Participation in system implementations Ability to define requirements and scope Project tracking, milestone monitoring, and deviation management Preparation of progress reports Interaction and negotiation with stakeholders Tools: Jira / Excel / Confluence or similar Skills: communication, organization, proactivity, and results orientation Education: degrees related to Systems or Administration Experience participating in ERP implementation projects, preferably Oracle NetSuite.
