




Position Summary: We are seeking a Help Desk Operator to provide technical assistance and efficient solutions to users, ensuring effective communication and resolving operating system, hardware, and software issues. We also provide network and microcomputer support and maintenance services. · We are currently seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Operator to deliver technical assistance and efficient solutions to users via multiple communication channels. · POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES - Ensure clear and effective communication with users. - Document all reported incidents and follow up accordingly. - Resolve issues related to operating systems and Office applications. - Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues remotely. - Maintain an updated knowledge base containing technical solutions, troubleshooting guides, and best practices. · REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: - Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux (Ubuntu) operating systems, Active Directory. - Desktop software knowledge: Office (all Windows versions), Visio, Project, SAP client, etc. - Familiarity with remote administration and technical assistance tools. - Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a similar computer support or help desk role. · OUR OFFERING Private health insurance coverage for you and your family. Indefinite-term employment contract. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs; plus one Saturday per month for three hours within the 07:00–13:00 hrs time slot.
