




Functional Analyst \- Remote \- Argentina, nationwide. What does the company do? Ability to adapt to face new projects and work on existing ones. On a technical level: We expect you to have at least 1 year of experience in similar roles. Experience working with SQL\| Mandatory. Experience with Ticketing Systems. Advanced students or graduates of university degrees in Computer Science or related fields \| Mandatory. What will you do? As a Functional Analyst, you will: Gather, analyze, and design adaptive and corrective requirements, complying with quality standards and defined timelines. Analyze and identify improvement opportunities in the involved management systems, as well as in critical requirements. Advise and train users on the systems to be implemented, using various methodologies and ensuring maximum satisfaction. Ensure testing of developed solutions, meeting the service levels and efficiency defined for the project. Prepare: User manuals. Deliverables and documentation required by the project. Who will you work with? With the team of Functional Analysts, SysAdmin, DevOps, and other Developers. When and where will you work? You will have an initial interview with our Recruiter, Mariana Herrero, to discuss your work experience and interests. With the employer company, there are two interviews: the first with the Human Resources team; then you will receive a technical test to discuss during a second and final technical interview. Afterwards, you will receive a PDA and medical exams will be scheduled.
