What will you do? As a **Senior DBA Developer**, your responsibilities will include: * **Plan, design, and implement database structures that support current and future organizational needs.** * **Ensure database scalability and optimal performance.** * **Administer and maintain SQL Server instances across development, staging, and production environments.** * **Monitor and tune system performance, including query optimization, indexing, and server and instance configuration.** * Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data. * Ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations. * Develop scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency. * Implement automated maintenance procedures to ensure system stability. * Collaborate closely with developers, data analysts, and other technical teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of databases. * **Create technical documentation and user guides.** * Train other team members on best practices and procedures. * Design and implement database backup and recovery strategies. * Conduct regular disaster recovery tests to ensure data availability and consistency. * **Ensure data availability during contingency scenarios (replication).** * **Provide technical support to resolve database issues.** * Identify and resolve performance and availability issues in real time. What is the challenge of the position? **Your mission will be to ensure the optimal operation, security, and performance of the organization's databases. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize queries and improve process efficiency, implement disaster recovery backup strategies, and continuously monitor database performance to anticipate and resolve issues.** **You will participate in a major migration and implementation project of a new core platform supporting the entire company within a cloud environment.** Who will you work with?
