No matter where you are located, you will join a dedicated, creative, and diverse community that will help you discover your fullest potential. **Responsibilities** * Architect and deploy a robust AI platform with reusable components to accelerate the development of AI\-driven solutions * Drive end\-to\-end execution for high\-impact product use cases while balancing speed, scalability, and reliability * Partner closely with Product \& Engineering teams to shape the organization's AI roadmap and long\-term strategy * Build infrastructure that integrates effectively with both open\- and closed\-source LLMs, including multimodal models * Scale and optimize AI systems for performance, cost efficiency, and high availability at an enterprise level * Stay ahead of AI developments, such as RAG pipelines, AI agents, multimodal systems, and advanced prompt orchestration * Evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine their applicability to enhance the platform's capabilities * Provide technical leadership to drive innovation and excellence across multidisciplinary teams **Requirements** * Over 10 years of coding experience in server\-side languages such as Python, GoLang, or PHP * A minimum of 3 years of hands\-on experience coding in Python * Proficiency with SQL, alongside in\-memory storage and related data storage technologies * Familiarity with Angular, React, or comparable frontend frameworks * Proven track record of building and operationalizing AI/ML systems, especially for structured and unstructured data * Background in developing product solutions using LLMs and generative AI technologies * Familiarity with building AI pipelines and knowledge of e\-commerce taxonomies and schemas is a strong advantage * Expertise in using modern AI infrastructure like vector databases, inference frameworks, and cloud\-native ML solutions, coupled with familiarity with orchestration tools * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve both strategic vision and tactical execution * Skills in working with cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure, API architecture, and deploying modern MLOps practices **We offer** * Connectivity Bonus (15,000 ARS are paid with a salary receipt at the end of each month as a non\-wages concept). * Medicina Prepaga (It covers the collaborator and direct family group). * Paternity Leave (Two additional days are added to what is established by law, total of 4 days). * Discounts card. * English Training (English lessons, twice per week). * Training Program (Access to multiple customized training plans according to the needs of each role within the company). * Marriage bonus (The company doubles the allowance established by law that ANSES offers). * Referral Program (Referral bonus is paid when the referral of a collaborator joins the Company). * External Agreements and Discounts. * Vacations: 14 calendar days a year *By applying to our role, you are agreeing that your personal data may be used as in set out in EPAM´s Privacy Notice and Policy.*
