To continue positively impacting the lives of even more people, we are seeking to hire an **AI Engineer – Artificial Intelligence Engineer** within the Systems and Technology Division of Swiss Medical. **Responsibilities** Design, develop, and deploy scalable, reliable, and business-impactful AI agent-based solutions. * Develop, implement, and maintain AI applications and services in Python. * Build agents using LangChain and LangGraph, applying sound architectural and orchestration practices. * Optimize and monitor agents using LangSmith. * Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases. * Prototype new AI applications that transform internal processes and generate differentiated products. * Collaborate with business units to align solutions with organizational strategy. **Requirements** You must have knowledge of: * Advanced Python programming. * Experience with microservice architectures and APIs. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Proficiency with Git/GitHub/GitLab. * Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure). * Development of complex software using FastAPI or Flask. * Practical experience with LangChain and LangGraph (LangSmith experience is desirable). * Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
