We’re looking for a Treasury Finance Analyst to help us scale smarter, move faster, and raise the bar across everything we do **In this role, you'll:** * Perform bank and payment processor reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies * Record financial transactions (inflows, outflows, transfers, commissions, etc.) * Support the monitoring of local and international transfers, including intercompany operations * Assist in updating cash flow reports and daily cash position * Upload and validate payments to suppliers, payroll, and taxes on banking platforms, ensuring compliance with authorization workflows * Manage supporting documentation for payments, reconciliations, and bank transactions * Assist with operational tasks involving banks and payment processors: onboarding, access setup, technical support, incident resolution * Support the preparation of documentation for internal and external audits * Ensure compliance with treasury procedures and internal control policies **We’re looking for someone who brings:** * Advanced student or graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields * Intermediate to advanced English (mandatory) * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation, and analysis tools) * Experience in bank and payment processor reconciliations * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Bonus points if you also have** * Familiarity with home banking platforms and payment gateways * Basic knowledge of accounting and cash flow principles * Experience working in multinational environments * Proactivity and ability to work independently * Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset **We expect every team member to live our values:** **Accountability \& Ownership –** Take charge, own your craft **Reliability –** Deliver with quality and consistency **Teamwork –** Collaborate, challenge, and grow together **Winner Spirit –** Compete with purpose and grit **Wellbeing –** Build a career that energizes you **Curiosity \& Innovation** **– Keep questioning.
