We are looking for professionals capable of thriving in an environment of digital evolution and innovation, who can generate new challenges and develop business opportunities. **Your role will be:** Verify compliance with the Service Installation Process within agreed timelines, ensuring an exemplary customer experience and acting as the focal point between the customer and internal teams to carry out the implementation within the required timeframes. **Your main challenges will be:** * Actively participate in **projects** in order to apply the **best practices in project leadership.** * **Ensure an exemplary customer experience** throughout the entire service installation process. * **Identify and document risks** and controls. * **Implement realistic and flexible schedules**, with **progress tracking to prevent delays.** * **Ensure effective communication**, establishing clear communication channels and fostering a collaborative environment. * Conduct a **project closeout** to capture lessons learned and document all aspects for future improvements. **What we need from you:** * Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, telecommunications, logistics, or related fields. * Previous experience of 3 years in similar roles. * Proficiency in Office tools, Order Manager, Flow One. * Knowledge of the corporate service installation process. * Methodical, analytical, proactive, and committed profile. * Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external customers. * Simplicity in your way of thinking and doing. * Service-oriented mindset. **This position is based in:** *Autonomous City of Buenos Aires*
