We are looking for a UX/UI Designer Senior to join the IT Patagonia community. \#Bepatagonian Role Summary: While prototyping experience is important, this role fundamentally centers on research and analysis. We seek a candidate with strong capabilities in using qualitative and quantitative data to justify design decisions. The ideal candidate is proactive, passionate about finding user-centered solutions, and has experience working in multidisciplinary teams under agile methodologies. Key Requirements: * Analytical Experience: Ability to justify design decisions through research and data analysis. Solid understanding of early-stage Design Thinking. * Tools: Prototyping experience with Figma. * Experience in Large Teams: Prior experience working in UX teams of at least 2 or 3 members (current or previous experience accepted). * Large-Scale Projects: Participation in large-scale projects (experience in Fintech or similar sectors is a significant advantage). * Academic Background: Degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Industrial Design, or related fields with a focus on user-centered design. (Mandatory) Desirable Experience * Moderation and analysis of user testing sessions. * Knowledge and application of methodologies such as Design Sprint and Service Design. * Experience developing design artifacts such as Personas, Customer Journeys, and Service Design Blueprints. * Experience designing, organizing, and moderating ideation workshops. Essential Competencies: * Proactivity: Proactive personality, capable of challenging requirements and proposing well-founded solutions. * Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both for interacting with stakeholders and for collaborating effectively with the team. Main Objectives and Responsibilities: * Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify and understand business and user needs, translating findings into design solutions. * Data-Driven Design: Design solutions and user flows based on analysis of qualitative and quantitative data. * Prototyping and Wireframing: Transform concepts into wireframes and interactive prototypes demonstrating intuitive user experiences. * User Testing: Define, plan, and execute usability tests to validate design solutions. * Collaboration: Collaborate closely with development, product, and other stakeholder teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure design consistency and standardization. * Facilitation: Coordinate and facilitate ideation and co\-creation workshops with diverse teams and stakeholders.
