Leverage AI as a core efficiency tool, not a replacement for thinking **About the Job** We’re hiring a hands\-on Performance \& Growth Manager. This is not a traditional PPC role. And it’s not a “set\-and\-maintain” role either. You’ll operate at the intersection of: * Paid acquisition * Creative experimentation * CRO \& funnel optimization * Growth strategy \& lifecycle thinking With real ownership over outcomes, not just execution. You’ll be expected to: * Challenge what exists * Improve how growth is done * And take responsibility for what actually moves the needle Using AI as a core efficiency lever — not as a replacement for thinking. This role tends to work best for people who enjoy ownership, autonomy, and environments where things are still being built. **Key Responsibilities** **Performance \& Acquisition** * Own paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels * Lead creative\-first experimentation, not platform mechanics * Turn performance into clear, defensible conclusions: why it worked / why it didn’t * Iterate fast based on signal and measurable business impact Creative \& Learning Loops * Consistently identify angles, insights, and opportunities most people miss * Brief, review, and iterate on creatives with direct, actionable feedback * Push for speed, quality, and fast learning through disciplined execution CRO \& Funnel Optimization * Design and run CRO experiments across landing pages and funnels * Improve conversion rates in close collaboration with Marketing and Product * Translate traffic quality and user behavior into prioritized, concrete optimization actions Email \& Lifecycle * Own email marketing strategy and prioritization, in close collaboration with the CRM Lifecycle Specialist * Plan lifecycle initiatives across onboarding, trial nurturing, activation, and retention. * Execute email campaigns (one\-off / broadcast) with correct segmentation and timing logic * Implement experimentation on email campaigns (A/B tests, splits on subject lines, copy, timing, or strategy) * Monitor and optimize email performance at an email\-level metrics and business impact level Growth Contribution * Actively contribute to growth initiatives where impact is highest. * Operate beyond channel silos, with clear alignment on priorities and expected impact **Mandatory Requirements** **Core experience** To be successful in this role, you must have proven, hands\-on experience with: * Running paid acquisition across platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn — with clear ownership over performance outcomes * Full\-funnel thinking, including a strong understanding of conversion mechanics, trade\-offs, and attribution logic * Practical CRO and experimentation experience (landing pages, UX, funnels), beyond surface\-level tests * Hands\-on experience with email marketing and lifecycle campaigns **AI \& efficiency** (In 2026, this is simply part of the job) AI is a baseline expectation, not a bonus. You’re expected to: * Use AI daily to increase speed, output, and decision quality * Build lightweight workflows that remove manual or repetitive work * Maintain strong critical thinking — AI without iteration leads to generic output * Use AI to amplify thinking and judgment, not replace them We use technology to move faster — so we can invest more time in clear thinking, creativity, and clarity. **This Role Won’t Be a Good Fit If** * Your work is mostly focused on bid adjustments, audiences, or platform tuning * You rely heavily on predefined “best practices” without questioning them * You use AI to replace thinking instead of improving it * You prefer fixed scopes over contributing across growth initiatives * You’re uncomfortable with ownership or being accountable for outcomes **Qualifications \& Skills** **What we’re looking for** This role requires a combination of execution strength and independent thinking. You should be comfortable with: * Being deeply hands\-on, with direct ownership over execution and outcomes * Working through experiments, not static setups or predefined playbooks * Executing and iterating on lifecycle touchpoints (including email) as part of a broader growth system * Moving fast while maintaining quality * Clearly explaining why something worked or failed, not just what happened * Giving and receiving direct, honest feedback * Using AI to work faster while raising the quality bar * Bringing ideas and perspectives we’re not already using — and defending them with logic **How you think** * You have a critical and creative mindset, not just the ability to execute instructions * You’re comfortable questioning assumptions — including your own * You can turn insights into action across channels and touchpoints, not just analysis or opinions **What Sets You Apart (Nice to Have)** These are clear signals of above\-average impact and maturity: * Experience contributing to cross\-functional growth initiatives beyond paid media, CRO and Email \& Lifecycle * You’ve been part of strategic growth discussions where trade\-offs were explicit, and can explain how performance insights shaped priorities, not just results * You can clearly connect performance signals to product, lifecycle, or positioning decisions — and are comfortable challenging assumptions when data and intuition diverge Job Types: Full\-time, Contract Pay: $4,889,458\.00 \- $5,587,952\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
