




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to define, evolve, and ensure Claro Pay’s voice and tone, guaranteeing clear, consistent, and user-experience–centric communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Define and maintain Claro Pay’s voice and tone across all channels. 2. Write and optimize in-app content to enhance the user experience. 3. We seek professionals capable of thriving in a context of digital evolution and innovation—those who generate new challenges and develop business opportunities. **Your role will be:** To be responsible for defining, evolving, and ensuring Claro Pay’s voice and tone across all user touchpoints, guaranteeing clear, consistent, and experience-centered communication. **Your key challenges will include:** * Defining and maintaining Claro Pay’s **voice and tone** across all channels (app, notifications, campaigns, social media, landing pages, FAQs, and customer support). * **Writing and optimizing** in-app content (user flows, CTAs, error messages, onboarding, notifications, etc.). * Reviewing and improving communication throughout the **entire user lifecycle** (acquisition, activation, usage, and retention). * Collaborating with the **UX team** to improve user flows by contributing a communication-focused perspective. * Actively collaborating with **Marketing and Advertising teams** to ensure consistency between campaigns and in-product experience. * Analyzing **user reviews** on app stores and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities. * **Proposing** new communication approaches that simplify the user experience and improve conversion. * Participating in **user research** (qualitative and quantitative). **What we require from you:** * Degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, UX Writing, Journalism, or related fields. * Experience in UX Writing, Content Design, or digital communication—ideally within digital products (especially mobile) and brand voice-and-tone definition. * Experience working with UX/UI, Product, and/or Marketing teams on advertising campaigns or brand communication. * Experience writing microcopy (CTAs, error messages, instructions, empty states, etc.). * Knowledge of research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing) and analysis of user feedback (reviews, surveys, customer support interactions). * Ability to interpret behavioral metrics (funnels, heatmaps, usage insights). * Familiarity with analytics tools (Hotjar, GA, Maze, or similar). * Basic knowledge of content accessibility. * Strategic thinking applied to digital communication. * Excellent writing skills and strong communication judgment. * Focus on continuous improvement. * Simplicity. * Service orientation. **This position is based in:** *Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.*
