Job Purpose Provide support to the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP\&A) function by generating financial analyses, reports, forecasts, and business insights that facilitate effective decision-making. This role works closely with commercial, credit, collections, accounting, and regional finance teams to monitor business performance, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to achieving the organization’s financial objectives. Key Responsibilities Prepare and distribute financial reports and dashboards for management and various business units, ensuring accurate and timely information. Analyze monthly financial results against budget, forecasts, and prior periods, identifying key performance drivers, risks, and opportunities. Support the preparation of the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial planning activities. Monitor Selling, General and Administrative (SG\&A) expenses and provide key insights to improve cost management and operational efficiency. Support pricing analyses and profitability assessments to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business objectives. Track and analyze provisions for credit losses and portfolio performance, working closely with Credit and Collections teams to anticipate potential impacts on financial results. Collaborate with regional and global Finance teams to ensure reporting consistency and compliance with corporate requirements. Participate in process improvement initiatives and the development of analytical tools that enhance business decision-making. Experience Required More than 3 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP\&A), Management Control, Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields. Experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and management reporting. Strong knowledge of financial statements, business performance analysis, and corporate finance concepts. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial planning systems and reporting tools is preferred. Experience working in multinational organizations or matrix structures is highly valued. Preferred Qualifications University degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines. Professional fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Portuguese language skills will be considered an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a high attention to detail. Ability to build effective relationships and communicate with diverse stakeholders across functions, countries, and organizational levels. Proactive profile with initiative and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP, planning, and reporting systems. Proven ability to rapidly adapt to new technologies, adopt process improvements, and support future system implementations or migrations within an evolving business and technological landscape. Pay Transparency The annual salary for this role is ARS $52,100,000\.00 \- plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location.
