Job Purpose The Senior Credit Analyst will be responsible for assessing, mitigating, and managing credit risk associated with the dealer network. This role requires advanced expertise in comprehensive financial analysis for credit limit assignment and review, as well as evaluating the commercial viability of dealer operations. The position combines structuring financial solutions that drive wholesale sales with strict risk control and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities **Financial and Sector Analysis:** Conduct rigorous financial analyses, including cash flow projections, debt servicing capacity, and balance sheet assessments. Monitor macroeconomic variables, agricultural policies, and climate-related impacts. **Risk Mitigation and Decision-Making:** Identify, quantify, and mitigate credit risks by recommending appropriate security structures (e.g., pledges over grain/machinery, warrants, SGRs, mortgages). Prepare and present detailed reports to the Credit Committee with clear, data-driven recommendations. **Credit Limit Monitoring:** Conduct periodic reviews of active credit lines and monitor dealers’ financial health. Manage early-warning indicators to detect signs of deterioration. **Dealer Network Relationship Management:** Collaborate closely with the commercial team and distribution network to streamline the credit process without compromising risk policies. Serve as the technical point of contact for inquiries regarding wholesale products. **Process Optimization and Digital Transformation:** Participate in or lead initiatives aimed at automating credit workflows and optimizing financial analysis tools. Prepare periodic reports for risk tracking and monitoring. Experience Required **Experience Required:** **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit risk analysis, corporate banking, or structured finance. **Financial Competency:** Advanced proficiency in interpreting financial statements, corporate finance, cash flow modeling, and credit risk assessment methodologies. **Tools and Systems:** Proven experience using robust management systems (ERP/Core Banking such as SAP, IBM platforms, or dealer network management systems) and advanced Excel skills for financial modeling.
