For a well-established industrial company located in the interior of Santa Fe Province, we are seeking a Systems Manager. Role Mission: Strategically lead the Systems Department, aligning technology, processes, and business. Support the company’s technological evolution through the implementation of digital solutions, the adoption of Artificial Intelligence applied to integrated management, and the development of initiatives related to Industry 4.0. Full-time position – On-site / Hybrid mode Location: Interior of Santa Fe Province Main Responsibilities: ️ Lead and comprehensively manage the Systems Department, defining technological strategy, priorities, and action plans. ️ Lead the implementation and evolution of the corporate ERP, ensuring adoption, stability, and continuous improvement. ️ Provide comprehensive IT support to all business areas, establishing IT as a strategic business partner. ️ Define operational plans, management indicators (KPIs), and departmental performance standards. ️ Coordinate teams of specialists. ️ Manage technology vendors and strategic partnerships. ️ Actively participate in the Executive Committee and the company’s strategic planning. ️ Drive process improvement and organizational change management. ️ Promote the adoption of Industry 4.0–related technologies, including Artificial Intelligence applied to management processes, data analytics, and production environments. Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience leading Systems / IT departments. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Bachelor’s degree, or related field. Experience leading teams. Proven leadership in ERP implementation. Experience in industrial or production environments; experience in Artificial Intelligence projects applied to management and operations is highly valued. Knowledge of infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and data management. Strong skills in management, planning, organization, and KPI-based monitoring. Intermediate English proficiency.
