This is a high\-visibility role with direct client interaction, ideal for someone analytical, detail\-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead month\-end close processes (Balance Sheet \& P\&L) * Manage AR, AP, and cash flow reporting * Participate in and lead client calls * Analyze financial data and identify improvement opportunities * Implement and optimize accounting processes * Manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously * Ensure accuracy and quality in all financial deliverables ### **Team Responsibilities** * Review and supervise work from Staff Accountants * Provide feedback and support team development * Delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met * Foster a collaborative and high\-performing team environment ### **Profile** * Previous experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role * Strong accounting and financial knowledge * Experience working directly with clients * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Excellent organization and time management * Strong communication skills and team player mindset * Proactive, adaptable, and solution\-oriented ### **️ Technical Skills** * QuickBooks, NetSuite (preferred) * Advanced Excel * Experience with cash flow tools and payment platforms * Knowledge of payroll, AP, and AR processes ### **What We Offer** * High\-impact, client\-facing role * Opportunities for growth and development * Dynamic and collaborative work environment
