Job Summary: We are seeking a community cleaner for the maintenance of common areas in Córdoba, performing various cleaning tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in community cleaning 2. Cleaning duties in common areas, floors, and windows We need a community cleaner for Córdoba city, with availability to work 25 hours per week during morning shifts, either from 7:00 to 12:00 or from 8:00 to 13:00\. It is mandatory to have a certified disability of at least 33% recognized by the Andalusian Regional Government or by the competent public administration, or to hold a permanent total incapacity. At least one year of proven experience is required. Duties include cleaning of common areas, floors, windows, hallways, staircases, and emptying trash bins. No work at heights is involved. Having a personal vehicle (car, moped, VMP, etc.) or the ability to commute on foot or via public transportation is desirable. A temporary employment contract is offered, with an estimated duration of 365 days, part-time schedule of 25 hours per week, and a monthly salary of 895 euros (SMI prorated according to working hours). The position is stable and located in the center of Córdoba.
