




Job Summary: Junior Payroll Analyst responsible for control, review, and comprehensive management of payroll calculations under the Commercial Collective Bargaining Agreement, including general HR administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on payroll processing under the Commercial Employees Collective Bargaining Agreement. 2. Projection to assume full payroll and benefits calculation. 3. Personnel administration management and general HR tasks. Junior Payroll Analyst \- CABA Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 hrs \- On-site \| Saturdays, 10:00–13:00 hrs \- Remote (emergency-only support). One Saturday off per month. Responsibilities * Control and review of payroll calculations under the Commercial Collective Bargaining Agreement. * Verification of correct application of current labor regulations. * Entry and control of monthly personnel updates (leaves, overtime, advances, etc.). * Projection to assume full payroll and benefits calculation. * Administration, compilation, and updating of employee files. * Control and tracking of employee documentation. * Management of occupational health examinations and onboarding medical assessments. * Office supply inventory and stationery stock administration. * General administrative tasks within the HR department. Mandatory Requirements: * \+1 year of experience in payroll processing under the Commercial Employees Collective Bargaining Agreement (100% payroll-focused). * Graduate or advanced student in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or Public Accounting. * Knowledge of labor regulations applicable to the agreement. * Experience in personnel administration.
