Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate maintenance activities, lead technical teams, and manage operational efficiency at an industrial plant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. 2. Technical team leadership and training. 3. Management of critical spare parts and operational efficiency. We are looking for a **MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR** TecPeople is partnering with a major client to support the hiring of a Maintenance Supervisor for their industrial plant located in the Salto area, Province of Buenos Aires. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure proper operation of equipment and facilities. * Lead and train the technical team, promoting continuous improvement and a positive work environment. * Manage critical spare parts and ensure operational efficiency through coordination with other departments and suppliers. * Develop and implement maintenance procedures, protocols, and policies to guarantee compliance with safety regulations and company standards. * Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health and safety, and labor regulations. **PROFILE AND COMPETENCIES** Education: Mechanical Technician, Electromechanical Technician, Electrical Technician, Mechatronics Technician. Experience: Over 3 years in industrial plants with continuous processes, including technical leadership and team management experience. Competencies: Analytical ability, negotiation skills, leadership, teamwork, interpersonal relationship management, and generation of management reports.
