We operate in 18 countries worldwide and have over 35 years of market presence. We are hiring an **IT Solutions Analyst**, who will serve as a cross-functional technical reference for designing and implementing local technological solutions, collaborating with various business areas and IT teams to ensure stable, secure deliverables aligned with corporate standards. We are targeting profiles with strong analytical capability, comprehensive technical vision, and experience leading end\-to\-end implementations. Location: Palermo, CABA. Work Mode: Hybrid 3x2 (3 days onsite). Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. ✅ **Key Challenges:** * Analyze business requirements and design viable, scalable, and corporate-standard-aligned technical solutions. * Provide technical leadership for local implementations and deployments, coordinating with IT departments, vendors, and regional teams. * Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform. * Resolve complex incidents and third-level escalations. * Maintain technical documentation and transfer knowledge to ensure operational continuity. * + Coordinate actions with vendors and regional or global teams as required. * + Identify opportunities for internal process optimization and automation. ✅ **What We’re Looking For:** * Advanced students or graduates in Computer Science, Information Systems, Networks, or Telecommunications. * Experience participating in the design and implementation of technological solutions. * Experience in technical coordination of projects or improvement initiatives. * Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments. * Experience in advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex incidents. * Knowledge of Power Automate or low\-code tools (Mandatory). * Experience in integrations, APIs, and process automation (Mandatory). * Familiarity with agile methodologies and change management (Scrum/Kanban). * Intermediate English. **Join Verisure and enjoy these amazing benefits!** Swiss Medical health insurance for you and your immediate family. ️ Meal benefit.
