Summary: We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to own the automation foundation of the cloud platform by establishing standards for infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and environment provisioning. Build self-service tooling that turns requests into curated IaC pull requests We are seeking a seasoned **Lead DevOps Engineer** to become part of our team. You will take ownership of the automation foundation of the cloud platform by establishing standards for infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and environment provisioning. This position turns manual operations into self\-service experiences, allowing teams to deliver in a safe and reliable manner. **Responsibilities** * Shape and advance the company's Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approach, covering reusable Terraform modules, account provisioning, and environment templates * Architect, construct, and support CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure, platform services, and reference application patterns * Set standards for branching, promotions, secret handling, configuration drift detection, and environment parity * Build self\-service tooling that turns requests and tickets into curated IaC pull requests featuring human approval checkpoints * Embed compliance, security, and quality checks directly into pipelines to apply guardrails by default * Work with teams to onboard workloads onto standardized automation patterns and address pipeline\-related challenges * Cooperate with FinOps to incorporate cost guardrails and policy\-as\-code into deployment processes **Requirements** * A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience * At least one year of experience leading and overseeing development teams * Solid DevOps and automation foundation with deep proficiency in Terraform or comparable IaC technologies * Practical knowledge of pipeline tooling such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, or similar platforms * Demonstrated background designing and maintaining multi\-account and multi\-environment IaC frameworks and landing zones * Thorough grasp of branching strategies, promotion workflows, secrets management, and configuration governance * Acquaintance with automated testing, security scanning, and quality gates embedded within CI/CD pipelines * Understanding of agentic automation patterns and the capability to safely enhance workflows with AI\-driven assistants * Hands\-on involvement with AI\-DLC (AI\-Driven Lifecycle) practices and toolsets * Real\-world experience with Amazon DevOps Guru for monitoring and elevating operational performance * Cooperative mindset suited for partnering with platform, security, and QA teams to embed controls and guardrails * Outstanding spoken and written English communication skills (B2\+ level or higher)
