Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines We are looking for an experienced **Senior DevOps Engineer** to join our team. You will own the automation backbone of the cloud platform by setting standards for infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and environment provisioning. This role transforms manual processes into self\-service experiences, enabling teams to deliver safely and consistently. **Responsibilities** * Define and evolve the organization's Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategy, including reusable Terraform modules, account provisioning, and environment templates * Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure, platform services, and reference application patterns * Establish standards for branching, promotions, secret management, configuration drift detection, and environment parity * Develop self\-service tooling that converts requests and tickets into curated IaC pull requests with human approval checkpoints * Integrate compliance, security, and quality controls directly into pipelines to enforce guardrails by default * Partner with teams to onboard workloads onto standard automation patterns and resolve pipeline issues * Collaborate with FinOps to embed cost guardrails and policy\-as\-code into deployment workflows **Requirements** * At least 3 years of relevant professional experience * Strong DevOps and automation background with deep expertise in Terraform or similar IaC tools * Hands\-on experience with pipeline tooling such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, or equivalent * Proven experience architecting and maintaining multi\-account and multi\-environment IaC frameworks and landing zones * Strong understanding of branching strategies, promotion workflows, secrets management, and configuration governance * Familiarity with automated testing, security scanning, and quality gates integrated within CI/CD pipelines * Knowledge of agentic automation patterns and the ability to safely augment workflows with AI\-driven assistants * Hands\-on experience with AI\-DLC (AI\-Driven Lifecycle) practices and tools * Practical experience with Amazon DevOps Guru for monitoring and improving operational performance * Collaborative mindset for working with platform, security, and QA teams to embed controls and guardrails * Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (B2\+ level or higher)
