This is an AMS service involving participation in evolutionary initiatives. **Responsibilities:** * Level 2 support (resolution of escalated tickets) * Technical and functional analysis * Specification documentation * QA testing * Participation in evolutionary projects * Interface monitoring * Documentation and SLA compliance **Key Requirements:** * \+4 years of experience in SAP SD * Experience with ECC and/or S/4HANA * Experience in AMS support * Knowledge of sales processes (orders, deliveries, billing, etc.) * Basic ABAP knowledge (code reading) * ABAP debugging experience (desirable) * Intermediate SQL knowledge **Job Description \- Grade Specific** -------------------------------------
