The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and supervising production tasks, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and quality and efficiency objectives. Responsibilities Execute and sustain necessary corrective actions. Manage and safeguard production resources, including equipment and personnel. Supervise and ensure adherence to established production plans. Actively collaborate with Technical Office and Quality departments to continuously improve process quality and efficiency. Comply with and enforce Industrial Safety procedures. Ensure compliance with procedures established in the Quality Management System (e.g., ISO 9001). Control, protect, and organize documentation relevant to the production area. Requirements Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in similar production management roles. Solid knowledge of production planning and control. Leadership, organizational, and team supervision capabilities. Orientation toward continuous improvement, quality, and safety. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
